Double life
The Cyclone® 18 Twin’s has been designed in order to host two new proton ion sources, benefiting from all the other features of the Cyclone® 18 family.
Increased reliability
These unique dual proton sources feature strongly increase uptime and reliability of production. Switching to a second spare source during production is simple, fast and completely automated.
Reduced maintenance
Thanks to its twin system, the global ion source lifetime is greatly extended, number of maintenance interventions is reduced and personnel exposure further limited.
